What is Treegr?

Treegr is a free online housing service. It provides a platform for users to share their available rooms. It aims at 2 groups of audience namely a) posters who have a room available for rent and b) lookers who are looking for a place to live.

How is Treegr different from others?

Scam-free

Treegr was born to fight scams. Its sole purpose is to create a scam-free housing community. Members of this community will help each other look for the most suitable rooms and avoid the scam ones. They do this by voting on the ads as either safe or scam. This number will be accumulated and used as a recommendation (if safe votes) or a warning (if scam votes) for future members.

Free

Posting a room on Treegr is free. So is looking for one. It also charges nothing for uploading images (up to 4 imges), a feature that usually incurs a surcharge in many other sites.
