• It is small
• It is easy to install (save time and frustration)
• It is easy to pick up (small learning curve)
• It runs just fast (speed is money)
• It uses the "Conventions over configurations" principle that is mostly heard in Ruby On Rails community.
• It provides a well-developed architecture where developers could follow to maximize team work efficiency. This means new members could pick up the code almost instantly without going through tons of documentation and hours of explanation.
• ...and it is a MVC framework. What is not these days?
